Módulo 2: Metodologías predictivas y planificadas
- Enseña cómo aplicar procesos formales de planificación y control típicos del enfoque tradicional (predictivo), como la estructura de desglose del trabajo (WBS), gestión del cronograma, presupuesto y control de calidad.

Módulo 3: Enfoques ágiles
- Explora marcos de trabajo ágiles como Scrum, Kanban y XP.
