Current process description
The ISO 200000 internal auditor course is designed to provide comprehensive training in IT services management (SGTI) and in the audit of the processes aligned with the ISO 200,000-1 standard.
Participants will learn to audit, evaluate and implement best practices in IT services management, ensuring that organizations meet international requirements for ISO 20000 certification.
This program prepares participants to obtain international certification:
ISO 200,000 internal auditor, issued by Certitals.
Following the practical Learning Method approach, participants will develop practical workshops, laboratories and simulated audits, ensuring a deep and applicable understanding of the Audit and Management of IT Services.
Under the practical Learning Method approach, participants will work on laboratories, practical workshops and/or real projects, ensuring the effective application of knowledge acquired in business environments.
Objectives
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- • Understand the principles of the administration of IT services, aligned with ISO 20000
- • identify the benefits of applying the ISO 200,000 standard in the management of IT services
- • plan and implement a system of management of IT services (sgti) according to ISO 20000-1
- • perform auditor & í in internal to evaluate the conformity of the processes with the norm
- • define the relationships between the different administration processes of IT services
- • write findings and non-conformities, as & í how to prepare auditor reports
- Obtain the international certification as an internal auditor iso 200000
Prerequisites
To participate in this training, previous knowledge is not required. it's aimed at:
- • quality processes administrators
- • IT support staff and IT consultants
- • IT auditors and process consultants
- • IT service providers and purchasing administrators
- • Any person involved in the provision of IT services in an organization in an organization
