This program is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge in project and portfolio management with Primavera P6 EPPM and Professional, covering everything from the configuration of enterprise structures (EPS/OBS) and AI assistance (Gemini) for planning, to advanced resource assignment, risk management, and the visualization of executive Dashboards. The course prepares participants to obtain the international certification:
