Current process description
This program integrates two professional-level certifications in Microsoft Azure:
- administration and security
- Students will develop skills to manage resources, identities, networks, storage, and virtual machines on the platform, as well as implement protection, monitoring, and compliance controls in cloud environments
- The AZ-900 course is included in offline format as an introductory foundation
Objectives
• Manage identities and access using Azure Active Directory, configuring users, groups, policies, and security controls. • Manage subscriptions, accounts, Azure policies, and role-based permissions to ensure an orderly and secure environment. • Deploy and manage core Azure services:
- virtual networks, storage, virtual machines, serverless services, and compute resources
- • Configure network connectivity and security solutions, including firewalls, security groups, VPNs, and traffic monitoring
- • Apply data protection strategies through backups, disaster recovery, and encryption
- • Monitor cloud infrastructures using Azure Monitor, alerts, logs, and performance analytics
- • Implement security controls, policies, protection tools, and secure operations according to Azure Security Technologies guidelines
- • Identify, respond to, and mitigate threats through security configurations, alert management, and baseline definition
- • Prepare students to successfully take the AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate and AZ-500: Azure Security Engineer Associate certifications

- Understanding of basic cloud concepts and Microsoft Azure - Required:
- completion of the AZ900 course videos, provided free of charge by Aula Matriz, before the start of the Azure Administrator (AZ-104) course
